My experience of Peugeot customer services brings to mind such phrases as 'as much use as a chocolate fireaguard/teapot', or 'as much use as a one legged man at an a**e kicking competition'. 'Customer' and 'service' are alien words to them. (In my opinion of course).

What annoys me about Peugeot and customer service is that a) there isn't any and b) they act as the soft voice of management who don't even bother to reply to letters.

Out of interest and perhaps going off at atnagent here, has anyone been made to pay for the 'free' service? I did, as they said that Dixons preperation centre (Direct Line / Jamjar) was not a recognsed Peugeot dealer!
