Hi guys, ive iver come the manifod problem but i am still curious about the charcoal filter!! does anybody have ANY advice on any problems that i may come accross due to removing it?

Ive recntly bought a four branch manifold but it only as the lower lambda sensor hole! is there a problem with the manifold or can i remove the top one, also when removing the charcoal filter, which of the two pipes can be blocked? if they can that is?
