im now on my fifth after ringing head office and finding out that there is a faulty batch get your garage to find one not from that batch and you should be ok. mine were going after a couple of days, its now been on for three weeks and touch wood it seems ok. :D

i'm now in touch with the service manager but it's him thats taken two weeks to phone back. The car goes in on tuesday for a few days for them to "investigate the problem" so watch this space :x :!: :!:

sounds like charters of aldershot four manifolds down the line fifth one dead, three calls to peugeot head office and they still dont call back for two weeks and now they have decided to find out why its happening!! me thinks that should have happened months ago useless :censored:

exhaust manifold our car is now nearly thirteen months old, less than ten thousand miles on the clock and is now on the third manifold. Is this a record? or can anyone beat it. According to the monkeys its not a problem!!! :rolleyes:

quick update on my previous post- the car has been back to the dealers today and it is a cracked manifold again. Two months and it's cracked again, not bad going even for my standerds.

we had our new manifold a month, guess what? sounds like it's gone again going to have to find the time to revisit our friendly dealer again to confirm my worst fears, starting to wish i hadn't bought it.

took our's for its first service two weeks ago and asked them to see if they could listen out for a tapping noise from the engine, needless to say they couldnt hear it so they had it back in overnight as it always happens when it cold starts they heard the noise but couldnt find where it was comming...

hi, ours had the spanner symbol on the dash, it gets reset by peugeot after every service it is just an indicator!. As we had done few miles (1000ish) , it also meant that the mileage reset to zero after 999 miles so we realised it wasn't right added to the fact that the mileage stayed lit up even w...
