I need to replace the sealant between the cam ladder and the cylinder head. To do so, (unfortunately) I have to remove the cam sprockets. Is there any good guide or a piece of advice on what to do to make sure I will not mess up the timing?
Also, is that tool suitable for holding the sprocket still? (I mean, does the spacing of the pins match?) I've tried the technical guide here in the forum but it doesn't say much, especially for the TU4JP5, is like some info is missing.

Thanks in advance.
