Car Radio

Post by Nottmtrucker »

hi guys, I've a 2006 verve and I've swapped my peugeot stereo for a cheap stereo on my son's car so he has hands free use of his phone.
The new stereo doesn't save the settings such as stations & click when turned off. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Most car radios require two power leads. One is switched off when the ignition is off (this is the main power source, so the battery is not flattened), and the other is always on (to retain the settings, etc). It sounds like you have at least got the second one wrong, or have mixed them up.
