Freaky starter motor!

Post by I will fix it! »

Hey guys n gals
Bought my wife a 51 cc for a whopping £450 - it sailed through its MOT and bar I need to change the rear pads there’s nothing wrong. Until Wednesday morning when it wouldn’t start - green flag came checked everything and diagnosed me as starter motor gone. Went and bought on, thought I’d give one final try before changing it and vroom she starts!
So far she’s started 4 time’s in a row!! My question is, do I change the starter motor or get my £80 back??

You may have a sticky brush in the motor, which has become unstuck and is waiting for a dark and stormy night, and suitably far from home, to stick again. Your call.
