Can anyone see my picture?

I have tried a few different things and i can't see it, just a red cross. Just wondered if anyone else can. This pic i am trying to upload is 180x180 and 6442 bytes. Can't see where i'm going wrong.

It'll be interesting to see your avatar when you've done it.
In the meantime please remove the hotlinks to the selling sites from your signature please. It contravenes the forum rules.
Thank you.
