Guide to fitting the chrome roll bars/hoops

By request, here is craigdmjv's guide to replace roll bar hoops....

1. put the roof down.
2. undo the two bolts at the bottom of the rear bench, one in each foot well you can them pull the seat free.
3. undo the bolts at the bottom of the rear parts of seats, the seats then push up to release from there mountings.
4. undo the bolts for the roll bars which should now be visible, once undone the hoop should just pull upwards, you may also need to reuse the bolts.
5. do this process in reverse to re-assemble make sure the bolts are tight and that the seats are correctly mounted.
6. put the roof back up slowly, and i repeat slowly to make sure the glass clears the hoops as there are some stories of hoops going through windows.

Is there any chance of the hoops being set off when your changing them?

The hoops (roll bars) are there as a safety mechanism. If the car flips then the roof is down the hoop extend/shoot up to protect the passages as much as possible.
