Better response

Post by Rubyoptics »

Hi all. I've had my cc for a couple of weeks now and loving it so far! I'm interested in some possible engine tweeks and I'm aware that the normal advice is to head over to 206info co uk. I'm fine with that but before I do, can anyone confirm that the 2.0 cc is identical in terms of engine bay layout to the standard 2.0 Gti hatchback?

Many thanks!

Yes. Based on same 138hp engine. Oddly the CC was advertised as 137! ;-)

Thanks for that Gazza. I'm not after doing anything crazy, more along the lines of maybe looking at a slightly improved throttle response. Knowing that I can look at mods suitable for the 206 GTI opens up a lot more options!

Thanks again!

There are lots of ideas on 206info

Most of the forum members here tend to keep theirs standard ... or very close to.
