Been waiting for over 6 months now, no updates, no news on when it will turn up, countless unreturned phone calls....all in all I wish i had just stuck with a Peugeot dealer now. At least I would have had my car! My local Peugeot dealer had 37 CC's in all colours available in less than a week.

I think their customer service is worse than Peugeot's, if that's possible. Have come across one person at Dixons (their supplying company)who seemed to know what service means, but now even that is turning pear shaped as they seem to be going back on their word in providing a replacement vehicle.

Also, when you do get the car check it carefully. Their pre delivery inspection left at least three faults on the car we received, 1 major (gearbox major fault) 1 in the middle (roof interlock/rear screen not working), one minor (trim missing frrom the sill).

Good luck!

We've heard so many horror stories about jamjar.com on this Forum over the last months.

It's Official - members should think again before ordering through this company.

i thought about importing through jamjar but seeing as it's owned by the Royal Bank of Scotland (aka the bank that likes to rob you) i thought better not to bother.
