New member West Midlands

Post by Tintopracer »

Hi,

just wanted to say Hi as I'm a new member, by default. My other half has just inherited her aunt's 1.6 allure auto. I've already asked capncol for some advice here on how to replace the battery as the car had not been used for nearly a year. We had it serviced at a main dealer last week as we had to get it back from Sussex and it had been looked after them since new.

Next job is to replace the spare key's battery. Then it will time to give it a good clean and post some photo's, which I'll do as soon as the rain stops.

Now that its home in the Midlands and will be passing Ryton when used for commuting. More its spiritual home than literal I assume.

We'll be looking for a good indi specialist in the Solihull, Warwick area if anyone can recommend one I'd welcome any recommendations.

I'm sure I'll be back soon looking for some more tips and advice from you all.
