Actually Hameenlinna is in south Finland and Rovaniemi is (of course in north).
But hey to get drunk in here is also expensive

Hello Vince. I live a little more souther than Rovanimeni (in Hameenlinna).
Just changed summer tyres today 8)
Take a look our town webcam http://saa.virpi.net/ no snow ;)
Hope i can open roof in this week (it's been +10Celsius).
Excellent car park but I don't see any CCs. Is this really the most interesting thing in Hameenlinna to point a webcam at?

Actually it is car park (from our internet service provider). That's not so interesting. But here's a webcam from our town square (marketplace), it's not working right now :? http://www.hameensanomat.fi/webcam/ you can't see many cc's there cause there aren't so many (in this summer i saw about 5cc's here in town).

I'd buy that for a dollar, that is every blokes ideal car wash.
Alex I never noticed on your post on the car wash that you 1. Remove arch extensions and clean
2. Remove badges.
3.Clean inside tail pipe.
4. Remove seats and clean carpet.
After all you are the car wash man.....

those posts above set me off and I decided to have a look at a place called Levi in Finland (its where I went for my honeymoon).

I had a look at the web cams and it just seemed so odd for it to be light in the middle of the night

oh and if anyone is thinking of going I can recommend this hotel

Well just read this so i thought i'd add my own tips.

A while back i cleaned out the spare wheel which had gravel in it! (not a problem for CC owners) and put it in a nice plastic bag to keep it clean and dry. I'm surprised more people don't do it.
Then today when cleaning it i removed the SP arches and they were a little dirty underneath so after a wash i polished the wings then put the arches back.

Also removed and clean below the roof gutters as dirt can build up here in the rain channels. (another non CC problem).

Dirt can especially build up in the rear wheel arches above the fuel pipes.

Polished everything including glass with turtle wax then got leather soap on seats.
I can't believe how quickly the wheels get dirty. Took the wheels off couple of weeks ago to clean the back of them, also polished anti roll bar and springs on front...(am i looking sad now or is it called attention to detail?) and polished the torsion bars on the back coz they look nice in shiny red!
Also put turps on door hinges to remove dirty oily bits and then re-oiled.
and took out pollen filter and banged a few times to remove excess dust.

Also last week cleaned under bonnet noise insulation as dirt builds up under here from time to time.
