A new pair of legs that work would be good

Along the same lines as above..to be free of the daily back/hip/leg pain I get even after having a ruptured disc operated on.
Strange really, how until you get health issues, you don't think about how much they disrupt or alter your lifestyle.
On a lighter note...I'd like a magic fairy that tidys littlen's toys everyday when I've gone to work!
