as a new 206 owner i am a little confused. I have a y reg 1.1cc 206.
and i was told that it never had an abs. Yet a warning light has heen on since i got it. The warning light accoring to the manuel is an abs light.
i took a rear wheel of expecting to find a sensor but did not find one.
No fuses where in for abs.i tried putting a 5amp fuse in hoping to get rid of the warning light but that did not work it still stays on.
Can any one help me please as i would like to have the warning lght out

u sure tis a abs warning light?
made be a configuration fault in he engine ecu,needs to be told the car hasnt got abs.
post a pic of the symbol you have displayed on dash. :0

Your car won't have ABS.

Many hanks for both your replies.The warning light is a car and skid marks behind it that is what was confusing me as the car manual says its abs warning lightlight.
But i am glad someone has at last given me an answer but still confused what the warning light is.
How do i get the ecu to recognise that it doesa not have abs or is it only done by a specialist
