we bought a 51 Peugeot 206 2.0L convertable about 6 months ago and have had intermittnet problems since having it.

PLease could an expert on here direct me to the solution

I've bought a diagnostic tool and the error codes are as follows and always in this order, garage say they replaced my O2 sensor but i'm thinking they've put on a dud one or something
170
This fault code is generated as a result of long term fuel trim information.
For MM6LP as fitted to ET3 engine, this fault may relate to the oxygen sensor as early sensors were known to be faulty. However make sure there is no other cause of fuel trim being affected. Check for temperature problems. I have noticed that with excess temperature, the ECU shuts down the heater control of the Oxygen sensors.

300
Random/Multiple Cylinder Misfire Detected
M744 - Combustion misfiring on unspecified cylinders.
ME746 - Ignition misfiring.
S2000PM1/2 - Misfiring on one or several undetermined cylinders.

144
O2 Sensor Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1 Sensor 3)

Could it be an air leak at the throttle,
should i replace the seal?
What is the wiring mod done on the coil pack and how can i tell if its been done?
Should i replace the coil pack?
How difficult is it to clean the injectors?
Where is the second o2 sensor, i've found the one next to the radiator?
Is cleaning the hydraulic lifters a difficult job or could i do it?

Any other ideas would be appreciated

Any other suggestions, or if anyone knows this fault scenario, your help is very much appreciated

thanks

Sorry, I've no idea.

reap might know, or have some idea.

You're best bet would be a visit to your local Peugeot specialist surely?
