I have just had a service and they say i need to replace the "Front nearside lower suspension bear bush"
Has anyone else had any experience of this?

I have only recently had the lower wishbone replaced and thought that would be all for now. I am currently unemployed and so need to do this for as little cost as possible so any help would be greatly received.
