some great people on the board, its just a shame that so many members literally hit and run. How come people dont return or stick around after people on here have been so kind in diagnosing 'their' problems?
Just going through searches on querys I had and most search results are threads with members with 1 or 2 posts and havent been seen online since. Or those who have posted a question recently have had their answers and never return... tsk
Shame on You!
Some forums/people are like that unfortunately Ollie. I think it's good manners to come back if the suggestions solved a particular problem, plus it gives "closure", not everyone thinks that way though...:/

Hi there! I'm a new member. I was looking for advice on the type of oil to use yesterday and stumbled across this site - very impressed!
I hope I won't be a hit & runner but as I am a fairly new 206cc owner (April) I haven't had any problems other than wear & tear, or have enough experience to offer advice. Just had brake pads all round and a full custom made stainless steel exhaust system fitted which looks the bees knees!
I set out to buy a Hyundai Coupe and ended up with my 02 plate 206cc 2.0 Black! My major requirement was that my long haired German Shepherd would fit in the back - he fits like a glove, albeit a very snug glove!! He loves driving round with the top down (he is tethered in before anyone calls the RSPCA) and we get lots of admiring glances, although I do suspect most people are actually laughing!
Anyway, enough of my waffling - keep up the good work!

Yeah, the dog absolutely loves the wind blowing through his fur, and so do I! I'm not too keen on the dog drool that drips down my leather seats though, good job I keep a pack of leather wipes in the glove box!
I tried to put a picture of my car against my name but it kept saying that it was too big so haven't a clue what to do. How did you do it? (Please bear in mind that I'm useless with technology).

ahhh Brilliant, would love to see the dog in the back, I suspect it would make me smile no end
There is a thread on here about avatars I believe, but feel free to email me the pic and I can downsize it for you mark@bigcheesysmiles.co.uk
I havent been an owner that long either, March 2010 infact, a bit of wear & tare on mine, have asked alot of questions and many have been good enough to help, I do come back and tend to waffle on but nobody has complained as of yet

You need to resize your photo to no bigger than 170 x 100 pixels. There is a thread earlier in this forum that suggests a few sites that you can use to do this. I used this one recently http://www.shrinkpictures.com/create-avatar/ as you don't have to sign up for an account or anything.
I see you're from Darwen which is not far from me...maybe I'll see you driving around...you shouldn't be hard to spot with your dog in the back of the car!
Edit: or you can get Ollie to do it for you
