Hi there bought a Peugeot cc 1.6 Diesel in July and got a nagging problem the heater in the car doesn’t get hot in the mornings. .
I have had the car back to the garage a few times and the thermo coupling that goes in to the thermostat has been cleaned and the thermostat has been changed. The guy who sold it me owns a garage across the road from a main peugeut dealer and asked them they told him it could be only these two things.
This has improved it but it is still not hot.
Some other pointers that might help are: The Temp gauge has never got to 90 it always stays at the three bars and to get to that it takes 6miles, also I put the a/c on 14 this morning and it was blowing mild air out could this be a another problem as well.
Any ideas would be appreciated.

Re: Climate control heating not hot in the mornings
Hello! I was just wondering whether you got this problem sorted? I have the same issue on my car, which I bought about a month ago. It's a 1.6 HDI. The problem also occasionally happens on my way home from work, but sometimes if I turn the car off and back on then it immediately blows out warm air! The climate control system has been recharged, so that isn't the problem either!
Just wondering whether you found a solution?
Thanks
