Have a peugeot 206, 1999 model.
Excuse my english...
Had to take out the gearbox and back on...
And after assembly of all the component I am having a great problem starting the car.
The starter won´t crack, but I have full power, the front computer " Magn magnelli" makes a tick, and the headlight blinks after I take the keys out of the ignition.
Any sugestion??

Sounds like you have missed an earth lead off. There is one on top of the gearbox- check it's there. Also make sure the + is connected to the starter properly.

You were spot on, figured it out last night, had to clean up the earth connection on top of the gearbox.
