so okay I take delivery of this new badboy, unclip the roof, hit the eject button and instead of the roof foling back it beeps at me..... any ideas anyone? It's brand new, is there something i have to do first before i open it?

I only took delivery of it 10 minutes ago, surely it can't be broken already....actually while i'm writing this, i haven't actually looked in the boot yet, would if beep of the roller blind hasn't been drawn across?

Yes it would. The blind has to be rolled across so it covers the boot and hooks into those two hoos st the top. surely the dealer would have told you that.

Yep ensure the screen is pulled across everytime you wish to lower the roof.
Nice to hear Peugeot are following on with their "after sales" customer care!

Let us know if this helps!!!

Don't worry we have all been there!
I even thought my roof had jammed when I went to raise it and all I got was beep!
Turns out the screen had pinged back while driving. Didn't think to check though - so called the AA!
Luckily I checked the car over one more time while waiting remembering to check the screen and quickly cancelled my call out to them!!!!

Did the pug guys not explain anything when you recieved the cc ??
Maybe I'm being naive, but I thought it's routine that they would go thru some basics before giving ya the car (specially with the roof thingy...
Well, anyway my Pug dealer was really taking care that I understood everything... (hmmm...scarry)
They made me feel soooooooo special

the dealer was jamjar.com so i wouldn't have expected much from them !!! Since i also have a french manual at the moment, how do i turn on the petrol comsumption/MPG computer, does it display in the Radio section or on the trip computer screen?

i would never use a spunge to wash my car. do you realise how much sand etc. that can hide i a spunge without you being able to rinse the spunge clean???

always use a brush and remember to rinse that too!

good luck with your new car!
