Car Wont Start But Engine Turns Over!!

Used the car this morning and another warning light came on!

It now says "Air pollution filter fault"

Will it last until Sunday??

I've had issues in the past where the ECU seems to go through a bit of a learning process, flashing up the odd error code as it does so, and soon settles down.
I wouldn't worry about it unless the fault is still indicated on the multi-function display when you take it in to part-ex it, and even then you can simply tell them that you've "just had a new crank position sensor fitted and it probably just needs it's error codes clearing" (they should be quite impressed that you know what you're talking about)!!!
By the way, what are you part-exing it for?

If it hasn't been firing properly because of the faulty sensor then there will be unburnt hydrocarbons on the lambda sensor in the exhaust system which will have been detected thus switching on the Air Pollution light. A longish run at motorway speeds should burn these deposits off now that the plugs are firing properly again and the warning light should then go out again.
