Windows opening fully not part way

hello,

I recently had a problem with my window switch so I ordered one online the window switch that I received look identical, and it said peugeot 206 , though I'm not sure if it was for cc after plugging it in the Windows will go up and down, but once I hit the switch. They only go all the way up or all the way down immediately, there is no functionality for only slightly opening them.

on top of that when I turn on the vehicle and I start to drive just a little bit all the Windows immediately lower.

any idea what may be the cause of this? Do I have to reset the window system in some way to make it work?
