Roof doesnt open & keeps beeping

I had a a new paint job for my 206 cc but after receiving the car i've noticed a couple of things
1-Front abs problem
2-When opening the latches and pressing the roof button to open the roof it keeps beeping and the windows doesnt go down and the roof doesnt open but when opening the latches i hear the sound which tells me that the latches are open.
I would like to know if the front abs sensors are not connected properly would the roof do so.
If not please help me with my problem.

Note:The front abs problem is due to a technician error while changing some of the front suspension components and they are fixing it now.

I think the roof ecu needs to know the speed as it's designed not to open at 5mph/8kph or more.

Or the boot blind catch could be broken or a loose connection in boot loom behind the plastic covers fixed to boot lid ... Been there!
