Post by philn »

Hi everyone. Just found the delights of the 206, I'm now looking to buy one. May I ask what's the best model in your opinion. Ive seen a 2001 2.0 model with really low miles what's the verdict (any good ?)
Excited to be part of the 206 community and found out more.

Hi and welcome. Take a look at the buyers guide before plonking down your *hard earned*
We went for a 1.6 as better on VED & economy.
Cheers Col.

I agree. There seem to be fewer problems with the 1.6 petrol version. Ours was almost perfect in the 10 years we owned it. Averaged over 40mpg overall using Shell V-Power Nitro+ and BP Ultimate petrol. The only replacement parts it needed was a reversing light switch (£7) and a new battery at about 8 years old.

Well as this is the CC forum, we're going to say the CC (Coupe Convertible)!

What model are you looking at?!?
