Well Speedboys managed to set up a great one on http://www.peugeot206cc.com but it seems people prefer to post, maybe something to do with improving your ranking

I'm an aussie and I'm not a fan of a chat room.
The time zone are so different for many of us. It would be so hard for someone like myself to chat to owners from England/Ireland/Germany/Greece/ etc etc..
If I do use the chatroom, I would end up talking to Frosty/Wilsonson/Kirk/Moush/ (oz owners) etc....
It would be better if I just call them on the phone and have a chat. Frosty and I do it all the time.

The only thing about a chat room that could be good is if you see on the forum someone on line you could chat live to them, but then how do you let them know that you want to chat with them ...im going off the whole idea

Well you could pm them to let them know you wanna chat, but it all sounds a bit seedy if you don't know them first.
Mind you, I know a number of members including myself that use msn an especially yahoo chat to natter an catch up on news, so is there a real need for another chat room on site?

i don't agree with a chat room as it takes long enough to make posts as it is without adding a chat room as well.
and don't mention work when robbie is around as he gets all confused
