1998 206 wipers

I recently bought a 1998 206 , engine runs fine but a few electrical issues.

Front wipers not working but rear works fine.
Central locking not working but when u press key fob indicators flash.
Electric windows not working

I have checked both fuse boxes and no fuses appear blown.
Is there a way of testing the wiper motor without removing the unit completely?
Is the wiper motor on a fuse or relay ?

Any help much appreciated.

I think you are on the wrong site. A 1998 206 is not multiplexed, whereas all 206cc are, so it not so likely anyone here can help.

OP has already posted on 206info .. it's an LX so a hatchback.

BTW Early CCs were NOT multiplex either .. our March 2001 wasn't. Multiplex came in at the beginning of 2002. Our 1.4hdi hatch is Feb 2002 and is multiplex ..

Btw, the date for Ryton-built 206s seems to be Oct 2001. My daughter's hatch is Nov 2001, and it is multiplexed.

Its true, early models were not multiplexed. Mine is a August 2001 and is not multiplexed.
