asked my dealer and they do know about it. said not much to worry about only a little thing and i should get my letter in the next cpl of weeks because pugeot won't send them all out in one big hit as it would swamp the garages (makes sense i guess)

Peugeot making sense - don't be silly!
They should have sent them all at once as going by the last recall it took most owners 2-3 weeks to do anything about booking their car in!!!
Oh and speaking from experience - don't expect them to get the recall done first time!!! What do you expect? They are monkeys!

the first recall letter i got was in early dec 2001 it was about 4 months later i finally got the work done :eek: :eek: :eek: :eek:

(i think it was that long can't really remember)

Got mine, rang Richard Hardie, Sunderland have to go for initial inspection then they will order part and let me know when it comes in ???????????????

Just work done on my CC and found out that they have to cut some plastic off around the key pad.

So phoned Customer Relations up about it and they are Investigating it.

If thay have your reg and VIN number, then it may be down to a specific monkey, or team of monkeys that built your car and that only people who have had these monkeys work on their car received recall letters. ;)

I had my car done yesterday and they did the exact same thing !! :sad:

Do you have the no. of Customer Relations so I can hassle them as well??

Had my car back from my dealer today after replacing the plastic case around the key pad and still the same problem,Service manger said thats how they all come now from Peugeot. So back to Customer Relations again.

Number is: 0118 9458484

That number is specific to Peugeot recall.
