Any news on the anticipated delivery? Please dont take this as a hassle, I know you do this for a favour to us for which i am very grateful,

I have cleared a space, am keeping it dust free. Although when i get it I'm planning to put it in a box and ask someone to store it for me for a day or two every now and then, when i go to collect it they must make me wait for an hour or so. So it'll really be just the like the real thing! (No i dont give my CC to others but i wouldnt give the model to the local dealer...)

Anyway thanks again.

Quote (from a mail from Rob to me on 10/7/02):

"I have been waiting for the supplier to set up my account. They wont sell without an account.

I hope to place the order Friday (fingers crossed) and post them before the end of next week

Rob"

Ha ha Lyndon! I've bought £100's of pounds worth of stuff from Roberta and he's thoroughly reliable. Don't worry m8, you'll be glad you did it when you have your mini cc to play with

Woah! This has gotten out of hand... To put the record straight, I was never worried, there are far too many glowing comments for Rob on this site (well apart from the Big bother thread!)if i was worried i wouldnt have sent the cheque.

Or have i got this wrong and this is turning into a make Rob feel good thread

Still cant get the hang of these smileys!

It's a feel-good vibe for Rob, I for one never thought you were tarring him with Simon's brush  Sorry if it felt that way...

BTW Rob, I bumped (not literally) into a 6 day old Platinum CC in the Ikea carpark and gave the couple this web address so you might be getting an order for another windbreak! Unless she thought I was some weirdo headcase of course... that's possible

I've taken to leaving post-it notes under windscreen wipers advertising the site. I'm sure it confuses the hell out of the Germans though!

why doesnt someone who is artistically talented make a flyer that Lyndon can post on here. People can print it off and keep a couple in their car to stick under peoples wiper blades.

Maybe even have a 'WELCOME' in several languages.
