In reply to Sara and anyone else that needs accommodation, I will soon be getting a list of hotels in the area.
As soon as I have them I will post the details.
If anyone needs help with anything else let me know and I will (fob you off to Rob) try and help you!

07.22.2002 - 17h28 - 2nd UK meeting assessment :

1/ Saturday, September 28, 2002 :
Touristic rally around London area.
2/ Sunday, September 29, 2002 :
Thorpe Park day static meeting.

To organize these two days, i think we need
to know how many people will be present on saturday or/and sunday ... I propose to Erm
or Julia, to look for a hotel for the saturday
night ...

Directions to Thorpe Park (they are on the website but in case you can't find them I will make it easy and type them out for you!)

BY CAR
Thorpe Park is situated on the A320 between Staines and Chertsey and is easily reached from junctions 11 and 13 of the M25.

DIRECTIONS FROM M25
Turn off at junction 11 or 13 and follow signs to Thorpe Park.

DIRECTIONS FROM M3
Turn off at junction 2 onto the M25. Leave the M25 at junctions 11 or 13 and follow signs to Thorpe Park.

DIRECTIONS FROM M4
Turn off at junction 6 onto the A355. Then onto the A308 and head towards Staines. Join the A320, head towards Chertsey and follow signs, alternatively from M4 join the M25 and follow directions from M25.

From Central London head towards Clapham, Wandsworth, Esher, Weybrisge and then Chertsey. Follow signs for the A320 and head towards Staines.
