Well having served less than 2 terms is definitely a constitutional requirement (22nd amendment IIRC).

Do you mean there's a sixth?

This is a most unusual paragraph. How quickly can you find out what is unusual about it? It looks fairly ordinary and you'd think nothing was wrong with it - and, in fact, nothing is wrong with it. It is unusual though. Why? Study it, think about it, and you may work it out. Try to do it without asking anybody. If you work at it for a bit it will dawn on you. So jump to it and try your skill at figuring it out. Good luck! But don't blow your cool....

Very Good. Can we forget about the other question now...it was only a bit of fun. You'll notice its not a quiz question, more a lateral thinking puzzle. A knowledge of the intricacies of the American constitution isn't necessary...

But you must know that the President is elected. Therefore, it's not a true lateral thinking puzzle - it requires prior knowledge.
