A funny thing happened to me today - i went to the Pug dealer a couple of minutes drive away from Hannover Airport to get these final prices for the colour coded centre consoles and the guy i was dealing with (very helpful, excellent English) turned out to be none other than the famous 'Shorty' of remote roof fame! I have secretly eyeballed his car a few times when i've been over that way without realising it was his...people may remember i made a post a while back about the black CC, completely debadged, with the rear seats removed to make way for a serious amount of stereo gear? Turns out it was the same car. I have yet to see the remote roof in action but will ask for a demo on Thurs when i pick this gear up...
BTW he gets round the problem of the roof latches by leaving them permanently in the open position - ingenious! (although not sure from a security point of view - a tin opener might get you into the car quite quickly!!!)

Its a small (CC) world out there!!!!
