Just been to kwikfit and got my tracking checked out. It was WAAAAAY out of alignment..... And I also need two new tyres !

So nearly 300 pounds lighter I should hopefully be back to legal...

Just to been kwik fit myself, I got my 2 tyres for £160 and I thought that was bad!!! ApparantlyI didn't have a tracking problem, could be my kerb problem that has made them bald!!!

Done 8000 miles now and my back tyres have only worn away by 1mm although the two front tyres were bordering on illegal........Oops!!!!!!!

Jo!

If you hit the cerb hard I still thinkit could be a problem with the camber angle. Did they check that?

I asked if it was misaligned and they said no. Is this a different problem to the subframe???????

Im not sure if you will be at thorpe park tomorrow, but I will take my camber guage with me just in case. Ill also take the tracking guages as well if you like, so we can check the kwik fit monkeys work.

Nope, Thorpe park was without me

Wouldn't know how to get out of Stoke!!! Am so jealous of everyone thats been, it's not fair, lets have a Stoke meeting, I could attend that one, just about!! ;)

Derek - my tyres were firestone (or something like that) and it was £160 for 2 tyres & fitting.

Hope you've all had a wicked day anyway, bet it was a brilliant sight to see, all them cc's! The most beautiful thing in the world in my eyes!!
