Well!

They say that you are not a true CC owner until you have had your first leak!

Mine happened today. Driving around in this aweful stormy weather, I got into my car and found that my seat was wet. And no, it wasn't wet as a result of the sheer excitement of driving my CC. Water was running down one of the seals and dripping through a gap in the latch fastening.

I have solved the problem effectively by rolling a small ball of very very absorbant tissue into the crevice. Works a treat. Will see if it gets worse.

Just thought i'd share ;)

Apart from leaving my drivers window open the other day and subsequently having to hairdryer the seats, I have still yet to experience a leak so does that mean I am still a virgin?

I haven't had a leak on the CC yet. only exceptions being when I pulled off my drive a few months back but that was due to the door not closing properly I think as the water ran along it before running off the edge and down my neck

This was more information than I really needed :o :o :o

SimonT (no leaks so far, and no crevices filled with small balls of tissue).
