Rob, what was the outcome of the swapped bumpers. What a b****y cheek!!!
I imagine you raised a fuss about old bumpers(colour coded or not) being placed upon your new Pug. I suppose your dealership felt they were being "clever" as one would assume that colour coded bumpers on a new car meant new ones (and fair compensation for your troubles). At the very least, the dealer should have sought to clarify with you that this was what they intended to do at the time the deal was negotiated. Such a cheap trick (and of course if your contract had been amended to include colour coded bumpers at least you would have had good cause).

What goes around comes around and I'm sure customers will go to other Peugeot dealers who know how to treat them. It's just such a pity though that some customers will ultimately abandon Peugeot altogether.

There are good dealerships out there, mine has been great (Becks of Brighton), and I can't imagine them pulling such a fast one.

In sympathy, Robbie.

They have sorted thing how they should have been.

Now just need to see 'HOW MUCH THEY SAY SORRY'
