I think it was the angle the picture was at, but it just somehow looked different. :D :D :D :D

Cheers for that Mr_AWOL. i was starting to feel i'd been sold a duff en. Anyway thinking about it now, it'd be a 1 of a kind!

The boot rack is off, thanks to a special tool devised by my gfs granddad.

I'm not sure that I want to sell it, although I can't see me wanting to put it back on. How much do they go for 2nd hand anyhow?

Cheers
Pete

sorry, but I am not going to share opinion on the approximate value of a boot rack be it brand new or second hand (i see them as being worth the same!) as i will only be harrangued by those forum members who actually LIKE boot racks (see whichever other thread i had all this in a few days ago) Suffice to say i will not personally be making an offer, but wish you luck if you decide to sell (i think quite a few people would be interested as it happens)

I have to admit I prefer the car with the rack off, plus I'm not so scared of it being robbed. I was never going to use it anyhow.

It's in the shed getting cold now.

i'm sure you would get at least £100 for it, probably more. if you aren't going to use it then you would be as well selling it and buying lexus lights or something with the cash :D

p.s. at least lexus lights will look better :P

Well I think my next purchase will defintely be some alloy wheels. Does anyone know the maximum profile you can take the tyres/wheels too? Will they go to 17"?
