**Interrupts the game to ask if Duncan has a strange obsession as the last few answers have involved stilettoes and jockstraps!"

Easy...

Sandwiches may or may not contain cheese. Cheese is often yellow, which is also the same colour as the sun. The sun is hot. In fact it's very hot, which can also be said about Liv Tyler, who's recently announced that she's getting married. The ceremony of marriage involves vows. Vows are like promises which sound a lot like premises. Premises are buildings which can be houses or offices. Offices have parties which involve alcohol, photocopiers and embarassing actions. One such action could be snogging the office tart. Tarts are also a type of food which are baked in an oven. The word "oven" is an anagram if "veno" which could also be spelt "vino", the first three letters of which make a word which is the French for wine. Wine contains alcohol, as does whisky. Whisky can make you warm when you drink it. Another thing that makes you warm is... yes... a cardigan!

Now, Duncan, stop being so bloody stupid and play the game properly!!!

Loom

MattB an impressive thought process but there is a much simpler connection. Sorry that was the first thing that came into my head. I have always associated sandwich and cardigan but I am not telling you cos Julia can still win the chocolate.

Perhaps someone should state the rules cos I thought repetition proper names and two word answer were not allowed
