All 206 GTI180's are colour coded as well, as are the better 307s I think.I personally think colour coding on all colours is a must. Hasn't colour coding become standard on the facelifted model?

ironically the 307 rapier is the only model 100% colour coded and it isn't even mid range.
that's unless the XSi is fully c/c but not sure.

colour coding on black looks good. i know someone with a normal 206 which he colour coded and it does look better.
probably hard to notice for someone that doesn't know the car.

Colour coding bumpers and trim is a must. It should be easier now that the bumpers come colour coded as standard on CC's. Just go to the parts department and get the latest version bumpers and trim, I would imagine they are already primed.
You could get a GT bumper I did see a blue CC on autotrader last week for sale with it on and it looked tops. I think someone on the forum at one point may have owned it.
I have Lexus lights on my black CC and am not 100% sure, but makes it look a little different from all those black CC's that seem to have copied me round here. I would think Lexus lights would look good on blue if you have all the back end colour coded.

Hey Darth
I followed in your footsteps, got the GT front and rear bumpers, wheel arch and the colour coded them all along with the side moulds. I left the mirror the way it is. I like just that little patch on the top.
Just one thing with the rear GT bumper, it didn't come with an extension for the exhaust tip, so I'll have to take it to a muffler place to extend it.

Need to give these and a few other pics to Lyndon to add to my owner's gallery.

I know I know!!!
BUT.......... do you guys think I can still go up my own driveway?

I won an auction for a pair of Aluminum Hoops from Ebay while Derek was out of stock. The guy has since disappeared off the face of this earth. I'm in the process of confirming that he's not going to send it (he hasn't even given me his banking details!), then I'll just grab a pair from Derek.

Looks very nice omak. Nice to see you did not have a problem with gaps. I see you can get the rear GT bumper in Aus now. I think it looks far better from the side when you have them front and back. Mutant CC!
As for exhausts. I think you may be able to get one from the dealership. Extension or full GT silencer. There was also an after market exhaust that had the extra length, but I think I read on the forum that the company had gone bust.
The extension I had supplied was just a bit of pipe with slits in either end it also had two u clips to bolt it on to the cut silencer. The diameter of the pipe was such that it just slipped over the existing cut pipe.

as for the hoops - it ain't that easy. chrome hoops are on order but i don't expect them to arrive for a month or so.
10 sets on order i believe but i'll need to double check with ecosse to make sure the order was placed.
