well i dunno derek - you were hoping for a similar amount for yours, and there were plenty of *20 gcc plates available at the time! Why should a 'P' reg be worth £500 more than a 'D' reg?
i think u may remember that the £1000 thing was a joke. i bought the plate coz it suits the car and it isn't for sale and unless i have good reason not to it will only be sold with my car.

also i would say P20G CC is worth more than D20G CC as what does D mean ? P means peugeot.

in my opinion P20 GCC is the only decent plate when u r using 20G CC. before i got mine J20G CC was for sale but the J didn't interest me.

M2 CRE is only good if u like M2 and ur initials or something are CRE. i owned K16 DDS for 7 years and tried to sell it off and on for the last 3 - i couldn't get anything for it as the reg transfer companies take too much commission. it didn't even make £100 reserve on ebay which says it all. eventually got £355 for it courtesy of my pug dealer.

putting M2CRE on ebay will show it's real value.
