Don't know if this is any help (and I DON'T want anybody telling me I was done-I love my car and I don't care) but I got my 1.6s with exactly the same spec (silver not blue) from a dealer, 4 months old with 4000 miles on the clock and paid £14500. They threw in 2 years tax and servicing.

It seems to be the norm.
I contacted 3 dealers today and the best price i got was £13.500, they say that its hard for them to sell a car which is only 4 weeks old and make there mark up.
They are looking for 2 years plus cars on most cars.
They suggest trying to sell private and look for around £14.500 if i am lucky.
I dont want to sell the car but the Company car is part of the job.

As i posted before about company cars, my Company will only allow me to use the car for one year as a company car.
The car insurance is due in the next two weeks so i was thinking of selling the car and take the company car and pay the tax.
