I have a personalised plat A5 VRE don't know what the A5 is but the VRE is my initials Victoria Rachel Egan (my parents and my then boyfriend bought it for me for my 18th)

I know the owner of this car. Her hubbie is called Del (obviously) and he has been offered ridiculous prices for this plate but won't sell it.
Where did you spot it?

Oh how funny! It was a guy driving it (Del I guess) - dark hair. He was driving round Winchmore Hill Green near the King's Head (North London N21). Cool car.
