Dials failed on dash board........ Help........

I had this problem about a month ago. I was driving along and all the dials went out as if I lost the elctrics and then came back on a few secs later. I called the dealer up and they said not a safety issue but was due to go in anyway so waited. Now waiting for a dashboard consol even though they said they found no fault !!! (they said loose dials!!!)
