A summary to help somebody having a similar issue!
Aftermarket (Fk automotive) angel eyes ,side lights & led rings failed and damaged the BSI sector responsible for turning them on and off.
Symptoms were:
1.Sidelights not responding to switch.
2.The rest of com2000 function worked correctly.
3.The rest of the cars functions worked correctly.
4.Peugeot planet did not log any errors but was unresponsive to stalk.
The fix was to replace the BSI, with a used one in my case & to replace the Heads with my originals.
The new BSI had a series of errors that are all mended now.
1. ABS Fault, Breaking Fault, Speed meter not working, stop indicator flashing.All got fixed from peugeot planets settings. My 206 cc does not have an ABS.
2. Passenger Airbag deactivated, Airbag Fault. Fixed by replacing the battery with a new one!
Conclusion is , Do not mess with your cc Electrics even in the simplest way that can cross your mind!
