Sometimes living in a 'good area' can be a disadvantage. I tried this one with the insurance companies and they said that because it is (allegedly) an affluent area, there are a lot of people with nice cars hence high risk. :(

So they hike the premium if you're in a dodgy area and they hike the premium if you're in a good area.

Maybe we should all find average areas?
