I am signed off for atleast 2 weeks as I have 3 major twists in my spine which needs fixing and my hips and pelvis are out of alignment.
My back going ping was the final straw to an ongoing problem I wasnt aware off.
I just gotta hope I am ok for my skiing hols in Feb!
Thanks Derek

Awww Julia, if its any consolation I have had back problems weighlifting in the past with with my spine/pelvis out of alignment, doesn't stop me surfing etc, a good chiopractor will sort you out skiing in no time.
I hope your feeling better soon, I had the same problems last Christmas, just before a ski trip. I went to the chiropractor every day for a week, then booked in at the resort when I arrived (after a three hour delay, nine hour flight & hour transfer). Did the trick, skied everyday for two fab weeks.
