oki my 1st major problem with the CC :cry: :x
roof wont close so i have to do it manually, will bring it to service on Monday (wont do anything now just beep when i press on the button).
Hopefully it will be sorted before sunday so i can join the cruise :(
Did you turn off your car completely while the roof was still operating? I did that once to clean the rear window. When I turned the car back on, the roof would not move and it just beeps. I used manual operation to put the roof back into the boot, closed up the boot, then restarted the car and pressed the roof button DOWN to lock up the boot. It worked!!!

Where are you bringing your car on Monday? I'm dropping mine off at Alec Mildren Atarmon for some warranty fixes.

I might come for the start of the drive day on Sunday. See you and Seal there!
Just a quick question, will curstesy car cover by the warranty?? :cry: :cry:
Don't think so!

nope didnt stop it halfway, it just decide not to work. I try manual operation to both open and close roof, but cant lock the hatch back again. It just beep, i think one of the microswitch had it, because i search here and someone say something about the 2 microswitch just below the hatch on the boot lid i press on them one side seem to click as microswitch does and the other side just silence :cry: i just hope the replacement dont take weeks, i really want to come to this meet :( i will bring it in to Parramatta

So how did it go with the roof? is it fixed?

I had an interesting experience with Alec Mildren's service area when I took my car for some warranty fixes. One of the items was my driver's door doesn't seem to like closing properly. They said no problem we can fix that for you, and could we get your fleet card please....... as this is an adjustment which is not covered by the warranty!!!!! I didn't give him my card and questioned why is this not covered by the warranty. He changed his mind and said oh that's ok then.

Are the doors meant to close properly?? hmmmm.....

Thanks Trung, still waiting for the verdict.
Omak, I called parra A&J they said they cant get me in until monday (20th) :x what! i have to wait 1 week for them to have a look to see what wrong and god knows how many weeks after that if they found the problem :? , NOT HAPPY so i called CROWN and the nice guy on the other end tell me to drop it in any time, so i drop it off today (a good 40min drive but better then next monday)... have to leave the car there overnight, they going to call me tommorow :cry: hope it a 'all fix up' call rather then 'wait for the part on order' call. (anyway one thing i want to know is if both Crown and Parra belong to A&J why do they differ so much in customer care??)

Don't know, but I've never liked the level of service at Parramatta at all, that's why even though I live 2 mins from A&J's Service Centre, I rather drive all the way to Atarmon to get my car serviced. My sister also told me she's seen the service guys tearing up the back roads in what she can believe is a customer's Pug!!!! (test drive???) I'm never going back to there again. :?

There is a small problem.

Sydney->Brisbane 1000km
Brisbane->Perth 4000km
Perth->Sydney 4000km

No chance mate, I rather watch it on TV (maybe on TV at Singapore ;) )

Sorry to boast but I'm going to...

I went to New Zealand v Italy on Saturday. Despite the game being a bit of a whitewash, I still had a great time. My Dad got corporate tickets courtesy of Telstra (= Australian Telecom), who fed us, entertained us, gave us drinks (I had 3 beers and 4 reds before the game even started), sat us in the front row of the 2nd deck, and gave us a free genuine Wallabies jersey!

How good is that :?: :!: Had an awesome day :D

Going to (regular tickets) Australia v Ireland on Nov 1 and both Melbourne quarter finals the following weekend. Bring it on!!
MMMMMmmmmm Diablo!!!!!! :D :D

Not sure of the street price cos the final is in Sydney. Official prices were AUD $535 / $395 / $195 depending how good your seats are.

= ZAR 2300 / 1700 / 840

or

= GBP 210 / 155 / 75

approximately.
