Well, it's all really odd. I took the car in and they fitted the SP badge. Still don't understand why it wasn't on there in the first place though. I can't be bothered to query it as it's on there now and all is well, but it still annoys me that it takes all this effort to get something done that should have been done anyway! AND they tried to charge me for putting the badge on!!!
Going in tomorrow about the faulty driver's side mat - will let you all know what happens - looking forward to their next wonderfully fictitious story!
