Erm,

you cheapskate, you pinched my idea I mentioned a couple of months ago (I Have to admit I pinched it myself from the Puma site - lol)

I like the idea of pointing people to the spotted section - thats a NEW idea - well done

Business type cards are good to pass out in public, but also A5 size are good to keep in the car as they sit under the wipers better.

As for creative designs, I shall speak to Steve who was instrumental in the design of the keyring.

can any of you lucky CC owners go outside and try this idea for me.

Take a business card and see if it will slide bewteen the front and rear windows. There is a felt like material there so if you can get it half in half out it will catch the owners eye when the get back to it.

So what are you waiting for...someone go try it......PLEASE

IMO, flyers under the windscreen are a waste of time. I tend to just throw them straight on the floor without even reading them...

I would imagine that graphics and all that malaky will be expensive ??

Once I had a card left under my door handle so when I went to open the door I came across it.
The opening line was
"I know this is an unusual way of advertising"

ok carded my first cc, and put an entry on spotted. Can I suggest we do a cpl of things ?

1) Put a link on the front page to the spotted forum cause then it;s obvisue. (maybe some introduction text etc)

2) Agree a cpl of ground rules like being a little vague in the whereabouts ie rather than on XYZ road ... say the area. I'd also think about only id'ing the car by colour rather than the number plate as owners might get a little miffed ???

And i think we all failed to card the lady in the B&Q carpark.

ps. do i get a special prize for being the first to use a card ?

I have heard about people ignoring us when we flash our lights or wave at other CC drivers but she ignored about 6 of us and blatently saw us all there!
I mean she drove passed us all!
