Ta Lyndon, its all fixed now but was a real nightmare when I walked in the other weekend.

Jo, Your right, waiting for insurance assessments is a real pain, in the end I got a friend to sort out the conservatory roof, got round waiting for an assessment by convincing the insurance company on the phone that further delay meant more rain damage and a esculating insurance bill, luckily they relented and agreed the go ahead with one quote only. Hope your is sorted out soon, those loose tiles sound real dangerous.
