I have to be honest and say I like a drink.
But whenever I have had a drink in the last two weeks I have taken a Milk Thistle tablet and I have not had a hint of a hangover (to which I am very prone) at all.
Cheers Tracey for the tip..... where are you by the way you seem to for been gagged
Great stuff.... Vodka's all night and now just about to go to the gym

Mine was washed Saturday but looks a pig as it is covered in sap from the trees near where I live.

PLEASE tell me more about these tablets?
I really need some otherwise I am going to keep getting into trouble for turning up to work late......
besides, feeling *unwell* interferes with shopping time!!
I go out nearly every night so it would really help!
Thanks a bunch!!
(oh, and I get my car washed for me, so I don't get pruney hands LOL)
Oh not the basic model......... as if!

They are just called Milk Thistle and I got them from a health food place. It says on them that they are natural silymarin, whatever that is!!!
They work really well but I did do a twelve hour session on Saturday night and didn't get in until about 4 and I feel a bit grim.
I think it is fair to say they work really well under normal circumstances.

I'm off to the health food shop right away! Do you take them before you go out or when you are suffering?!?

It doesn't really say. On my bottle it says take 3 a day. I take a one before I go out, one when I get back and one when I wake up.
I have got everyone at work on them and they swear by them.
This thread is making me feel like a have a drink problem!!

They are pretty expensive here in Canberra.
Can you tell me the strength/miligrams etc.
I am keen to try but not to waste my money.
Thanks

They are usually £10 from Holland & Barrat (sp??) for 100 but last week they were only £4 for 100. It's rude not to.
