Hi Im due to change the pads on my 2003 1.6 CC.
I understand that the front pads are a simple job of removing a carrier bolt, pushing the piston back into the caliper and the swapping the pads out and replacing the carrier bolt.

My 1st question is... how do i know if I require 27mm or 34mm offset pads for the front as there seem to be 2 differnt types?

My 2nd question is.. just how easy is replacing the rear pads as i beleive that the piston requires winding back into the caliper with a caliper tool.

Which way is the piston wound back into the caliper?? Clockwise or anti clockwise? and does it only turn a little or completly round as it is pushed back in?

Thanks a lot in advance
